Biography

Emmanual Molefe is an AML Assistant Manager at Bank of Botswana, having extensive experience in risk management and compliance. Mr. Molefe has worked with industry experts in the Working Group on New Technologies, including virtual assets and virtual asset service providers, in the 2023 National Risk Assessment project. He earned a Master of Arts in Economics, specializing in corporate finance and investments, at the University of Botswana in 2011. He is also a trained digital finance practitioner with the Digital Frontiers Institute.
