Biography

Chakudza Linje has worked in the Reserve bank of Malawi for 24 years. She has worked in Accounting & Finance (6 years) and Financial Markets (18 years) departments. She is the Director of the Financial Markets Department. Having spent most of her working career in Financial Markets, most of her central banking experience relates to the field of Financial Markets, especially in areas of:- • Investment Analysis and Implementation • Financial Risk Management • Foreign Reserves management • Monetary Policy Implementation • Facilitating development of financial markets Chakudza Linje is a CFA Charterholder as well as a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK). She is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Malawi (ICAM).
