Biography

Dr Khomo is Director of the Financial Markets Department at the Central Bank of Eswatini where his areas of responsibility include foreign exchange reserves management, debt capital market operations, monetary policy implementation and international treasury services. In addition to Financial Markets, Dr Khomo has a passion for economic research and has published and presented some of his work in academic journals and international conferences. Dr Khomo is a Fellow of the South African Institute of Financial Markets, serves on the Boards of the Eswatini Stock Exchange, the Central Bank of Eswatini Retirement Fund and a private equity firm (Greystone Partners Limited). He holds an Mcom degree in Financial Markets from Rhodes University and a PhD in Development Finance from Stellenbosch University.
